Lenny Riccio

From a young age, I knew that exemplary customer service was going to be a part of whatever I do in life. I studied the hospitality industry and spent 26 years being the best that I could be and continually ‘wowing’ my guests. I closed out my career as a director in multiple full-service establishments. Leaving what I knew and going on a completely different career path was a difficult decision, but one that I will never regret. The world of pest control and developing an experience to help people solve their pest problems has been extremely satisfying.

I was fortunate to learn and surround myself with some of the best in the industry. Many of these folks I continue to speak with regularly, and they are lifelong mentors to me. The time has now come to start yet another chapter of my journey. The concept of Pestmedx was founded on technical knowledge coupled with a level of customer service that I saw the big box companies were unable to provide.

I currently hold my Florida State Pest Control Operators License and have completed coursework with Purdue University for Urban Pest Management. Continuing education and experience for pest management in food service, hospitals, and food manufacturing plants have been a regular part of this journey. I look forward to working with and providing each customer who chooses Pestmedx personally to deliver a quality experience with exceptional service at a reasonable price.
